Chuck getting his bath. We are traveling currently and Chuck is with his friends at the vet. The bath was to help make him presentable. And to rid him of these wretched fleas.
This is the first time we have boarded him since last fall, when he crashed due to undiagnosed Addison’s and EPI. We almost lost him several times.
I walked with L. through Cathedral Grove in Muir Woods today; chipmunks, crows, bees, spiders in abundance, trees that were old when the Civil War began. The feeling generally is that one should constantly be making the sign of the Cross. I missed Chuck all day.
